nanoCOAT Z is a next-generation wire for EDM, designed to offer exceptional performance in terms of cutting speed and surface quality. Thanks to the gamma phase coating, it allows for a high feed rate and excellent surface finish of the workpiece.

•Coating: Gamma CuZn
•Diameter tolerance: 0 / -0.002 mm
•Diameter ovalization: < 2 µm
•Tensile strength: 900 N/mm²
•Elongation: < 3%
•Conductivity: > 20% IACS
