nanoCOAT J2 is a next-generation coated wire for EDM. Thanks to its double coating, this wire offers exceptional performance in terms of cutting speed.

•Coating: Beta CuZn + Gamma CuZn
•Diameter tolerance: 0 / -0.002 mm
•Diameter ovalization: < 2 µm
•Tensile strength: > 750 N/mm²
•Elongation: > 2%
•Conductivity: > 24% IACS

nanoCOAT J2 wire is particularly suitable for:
•High cutting speed: thanks to the double coating, it allows for a significant increase in feed rate compared to uncoated brass wires, especially in the first cut.
•Excellent surface finish: the beta+gamma phase technology makes it possible to obtain a surface finish comparable to that of standard brass wires.
