MODEL A – STANDARD PERMANENT MAGNETIC BLOCK
Magnetic block with ground surfaces and steel/brass lamination. Ideal for flat or thin workpieces.

Features:
• Magnetic surfaces active on multiple sides
• Holding force: 50 N/cm² (standard) / 30 N/cm² (stainless version)
• Magnetic pole pitch: 2 mm
• Maximum regrindable surface: 4 mm
• Suitable for thin workpieces or alloy materials

MODEL B – MAGNETIC BLOCK ON SINE BAR (LONGITUDINAL AXIS)
Magnetic block mounted on a sine bar tilting along the longitudinal axis. Designed for high-precision angled machining.

Features:
• Tilting range: 0° – 45°
• Angular accuracy: ± 5" (arc seconds)
• Flatness: ± 0.005 mm / 100 mm
• Minimum height at 0°: 3 mm
• Magnetic holding force: 50 N/cm² (standard) / 30 N/cm² (stainless)
• Ideal for angular grinding, chamfers, EDM with inclination

MODEL C – MAGNETIC BLOCK ON SINE BAR (TRANSVERSE AXIS)
Same construction as Model B, but tilting on the transverse axis. Ideal when the angle must be set laterally.

Features:
• Tilting range: 0° – 45°
• Angular accuracy: ± 5"
• Flatness: ± 0.005 mm / 100 mm
• Minimum height at 0°: 3 mm
• Magnetic holding force: 50 N/cm² / 30 N/cm² stainless
• Ideal for lateral angle positioning

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT MODEL?
• Simple flat/thin workpiece clamping → Model A
• Angle adjustment along the workpiece length → Model B (longitudinal sine bar)
• Angle adjustment sideways → Model C (transverse sine bar)
• Humid or corrosive environment → Stainless steel version
